POSITION: Treasury Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory operating procedures. · Develop and expand customer base/products. · Generate sales and marketing ideas. · Support CSDM head on customer related issues. · Maximize revenues through customers’ activity. · Maintain contacts and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Treasury products. · Analyze customers’ statistics. · Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by CSDM Head · Build and manage customer relationship within Treasury scope
Maintain sales flow business
Receive customer calls and ensure active customer calling to existing/potential customers
Execute customer related requests
Active marketing of E-commerce products across the customer base
Prepare daily market reports and analytics for clients
Negotiate legal documentation related to Treasury products with clients
Comply and follow Treasury internal rules and procedures
Ensure fulfillment of all internal processes
Report to local CSDM Head
Knowledge/Experience:
· Higher Financial and Economics education · Sales experience is preferable
Skills: · Good negotiation, presentation, customer service skills · Fluent verbal and written communication English skills · Preferably fluent business English · Good analytical skills · Good interpersonal-relationship skills
