RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business unit Property Development in Russia
Main point of contact for new Business Unit Property Development
Development of company's investment strategy within real estate area for office, retail and warehouse, initially for St Petersburg but later Russia overall.
Recruitment of development resources
Establishment of good relationship with all major stakeholders including major tenants, key investors, city authorities, landowners, planning, infrastructure/utilities
Establishment of good relationship with external service providers such as leasing agents, law firms, architects, cost controllers
Preparation of Investment Memorandums and Management presentation including all aspects of the value chain from idea, land acquisition, zoning, permitting, letting and sale
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Higher university degree majoring in real estate
Fluent English
Experience:
Min 5-10 years of work experience in real estate
Strong managerial & leadership skills
Experience from working at an international major company
Responsible for independently completing multiple real estate transactions from idea to sale
Other:
Deep knowledge of local Saint-Petersburg market (more then 10 years of residence and working in SPB)
High ethical standards and commitment to company's code of conduct
High degree of knowledge about the St Petersburg real estate market
Customer (commercial) focus with ambition to grow
Organised and structured yet understanding the need for start-up flexibility
Able to work independent and within company in Russia (housing, construction, roads) plus group network
