In the eyes of company, be the 'Customer Expert'
understanding its Strategy/Vision in order to drive strategic agreement
understanding and building relationships with key customer stakeholders
In the eyes of the Customer, be the 'Company Expert'
understanding Company's business (local and global), strategy and portfolio of products
understanding key stakeholders in the Company organisation to ensure smooth day to day running of the account.
To achieve 'Sales Growth' through selling Company's portfolio ie Packaging, Capital Equipment and Technical Service solutions.
To manage the commercial aspects of the account such as Term and Conditions of Sale, Customer's P&L and Debt Management.
To Lead the Company Key Account Cross Functional Team driving world class key account management and customer satisfaction.
