Our client, a world leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software looking for Recruiter Russia/CIS

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
· Searching for candidates in open/close sources for Russia and CIS
· Conducting phone & personal interviews
· Assessing candidates
· Arranging interviews with line managers
· Preparing recruitment reports
· Labour market analysis, making reports
· Participating in related HR projects

Requirements:

· 5 years of experience (preferably as for agency as for IT company)
· English - fluent
· Result-orientation
