The role:
The Human Resources Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited with the following tasks:
· Set up an efficient HR management system
· Provide guidance in implementation of Corporate HR policies and procedures
· Manage the recruiting process for the Moscow based Head Office and international branches (China, USA, Europe, etc.)
· Support the development of corporate brand on the labour market
· Effective development of internal communications & PR
· Develop an effective compensation and development system
· Development and implementation of effective KPI system
· Provide professional HR advice and support to members of the Management teams
· Reporting to the General Manager
The person:
Candidates for the role should be ready to join a fast growing company and have the following experience:
· 3-5 years experience within human resources management, expertise in the IT/Telecom environment is preferable but not a must
· Good understanding of the Russian labor and general legislation
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time pressure
· Proactive, communicative
· Self-starter and entrepreneurial approach
· Leadership qualities
· Working knowledge of English
