Responsibilities
· Build the HOSPITALS portfolio for Russia through optimal identification of potential products within the company and using licensing or acquisition opportunities as well;
· Drive strategic planning for the establishing and continued growth of HOSPITALS business in Russia;
· Develop Key Opinion Leaders and medical authorities in the relevant areas;
· Work with other colleagues and departments to find the most effective way of reaching the targets;
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Professional Background and Experience
Qualified candidate would be a professional with a university degree; Medical/Pharmaceutical educational background and MBA business degree would be an advantage. Proficient knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Qualified candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of successful experience in the position of Franchise Manager / Marketing Manager / Group (Senior) Product Manager / Business development manager with multinational Pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in Rx medicines preferably with the focus on oncology products. He/she should have clear understanding of Rx pharmaceutical market (especially reimbursement and hospital segments) and distribution channels in Russia. Strong desire to achieve the result and solid reputation on the market would be attributes of an ideal candidate.
