A major International producer of food ingredients is looking for Head of Representative Office / Sales Manager.
Duties & responsibilies:
To provide excellent leadership to the sales team
To be accountable for securing sales growth in a profitable and sustainable manner
To develop people and optimize performance through effective communication, motivation, coaching and training
To ensure effective teamwork
To build and define a strategy for growth
To ensure controllable and sales expenses are within agreed P & L parameters
To identify key players within customers’ organisations and build appropriate relationships across their whole structure
To ensure through recruitment, selection, training, development and performance management that the sales team are ”Best in Industry”
To develop sales skills and product knowledge to give the best chance of success.
Requirements:
A proven track record in sales management
A proven success in sales
Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the team
A proven track record of managing expectations and delivering results
Strong relationship management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the Company
Strong Ingredients or Food/Beverage/Savoury Industry background
