Our client, an international leading retail company is looking for a Head of HR administration and payroll
Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
·Supervision of HR Specialists’ work to ensure hr administration according to Russian Labour legislation;
·Audit of HR administration;
·Audit and development of payroll system;
·Organisation of all procedures to legalize foreign employees;
·Conduction of tender for provider of Medical insurance;
·Creation and implementation new effective methodics and tools regarding HR Administration and Payroll system;
·Conduction of trainings and consulting regarding Russian Labour legislation and HR Administration to managers of departments;
Requirements:
·Fluent English;
·Higher education, preferably with HR or legal specialization;
·Minimum 3 years of similar experience;
·Experience with modern HR tools;
·Excellent knowledge of Russian Labour legislation;
·Active and energetic personality.
