Position: A leading international FMCG company is looking for Brand Manager for CIS and Caucasus.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a strategic brand plan
· Develop innovative consumer engagement strategies, to include events, retail media, etc.
· Develop and execute an operational brand plan to meet brand’s objectives and consumer segments requirements
· Propose schedule of brand programmes
· Propose changes to brand strategy
· Participate in the development of 12 month sales forecast for specific brand
· Ensure appropriate involvement of agencies during the planning processes
· Propose goals and KPIs for brand programmes
· Manage budget for brand programmes (excluding brand research)
· Ensure competitive product performance in defined consumer segments, initiate corrective actions; supervise consumer product testing to ensure consistency of product treatment
· Ensure product quality and evolution according to metrics
· Develop and manage product innovation in order to achieve competitive advantage
· Gather and manage ideas/ insights from agencies
Requirements:
· Four years' experience in tobacco or a similar FMCG category
