Tasks:
The executives´ responsibilities include the management of the company, being answerable for the result and achievement of those business goals set out by the company management .
In particular, the executive is responsible for:
1) The sale of machines, ancillary equipment and spare parts from the Company's assigned product
programme
2) The success of company in initiating and following through sales on the basis of a focused
sales strategy
3) The achievement of budget for each of order intake and profit on ordinary activities .
4) The creation and maintenance of an optimal and cost effective sales organisation in the company and dealer organisation
5) Constant monitoring of the market, and introduction and application of appropriate measures in
the sales and marketing organisation in order to improve both individual sales prospects and
market share
6) Coordination of the management function of thecompany and the dealer organisation
7) Providing leadership, control and supervision of the management and staff of the companies and
dealer organisations, and assuring their development and further training
8) Preparation of decision support documentation to facilitate discussion and approval of organisational, financial and personnel plans with the board
