Well known foriegn company looking for a "Director of Product Management, Co-brands
Russia, CIS and SEE"
Purpose:
Company is seeking an experienced co-brand payments professional to join the Russia, CIS and SEE team, ideally based in Moscow. The incumbent is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance of the existing co-brand programs at a portfolio level [not relationship level] as well as identifying new opportunities for co-brand partnerships. The position is highly collaborative and will work closely with various internal departments and external partners to ensure appropriate communication flows and sustained business relationships.
Key Competencies
· Proven experience in developing and managing co-brand partnerships including deal constructs - consulting experience, CRM experience, loyalty management experience, Co brand Issuer experience managing a co brand portfolio P&L desirable.
· Ability to work independently and in collaboration with high level of success/achievement
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent presentation skills, confidence in presenting to senior management internally and with clients.
· Proven ability develop internal and external relationships, working in a global matrix- managed organization
· Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with internal departments.
· “Can do”, hands on approach, tenacious
· Fluency in English - written and spoken - required
· Fluency in Russian strongly preferred
· Ability to conduct extensive regional travel
Qualifications
· Higher Education, Relevant Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
Key Performance Indicators
· Revenue, PV, Cards and Program results in line with plan
· Total Company co-brand credit cards, volume, profitability and market share (on both a country and regional basis)
· Co-brand mandates won
· Increase in Company’s consumer co-brand credit cards & volume
· Rapport - Client willingness to consult with, seek advice and share information
· Analyze internal and external data and information to produce insights that drive the business
· Deep understanding of the Company product P/L
· Country Management and Geographic Product team feedback
