Customer Service Specialist
Well-known international company is looking for a candidate for a position of Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for a whole operational process of delivery goods: orders processing, products allocations, stock reports, certification, customs activities.
· Effectively communicate with customers.
· Evaluate performance on a regular basis and annually evaluate based on KPI’s and metrics.
· Monitor traffic and cost budget compliance and advise management of any deviation.
Skills:
· High technical or economical education
· Fluent English is a must
· 2-3 year professional experience in international company in field of logistics, planning or customer service support
· Excel advanced user, 1C, SAP as a big advantage.
· Comfortable working with individuals with difference languages and cultures.
· Excellent communication skills combined w customer service skills/experience.
· Demonstrated stress tolerance and flexibility to changing priorities.
· Effective decision making, sound judgment, and initiative.
· Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
