- Arrange new and increase existing Avaya business solutions and services sales through named Service Providers in Russia and CIS (sales through SP)
- Achieve individual revenue sales targets.
- Increase named SP sales to new end customers not supported by Avaya Direct touch account managers
- Establish and support business relations with SPs - executives, sales, presale, services. Arrange communications between Avaya and named SP managers at all levels including top executives and other decision makers
- Arrange marketing events with named business partners focusing on ROI and revenue sales growth
- Must have experience in the development of channel strategy and successful execution of channel business plans
- Arrange business planning and performance review with named SPs, provide reporting and business analysis in accordance with company requirements
- Develop named SPs partners - company and individual authorization, increase expertise and accreditation named BP. Arrange sales and technical trainings for named BP
- Provide planning and conducting marketing activities closely working with Avaya marketing team to increase Avaya market share, business leads generation and ROI.
