International FMCG company is looking for Brand Manager for there new Product Line:
Job Responsibilities:
· Key brand activities and initiatives timely execution according to agreed brand marketing activities calendar
· Focus on results
· Brand key projects and communication materials development to ensure equity, volume and revenue growth
· Ensure effective spend of brand A&P
· Brand pricing adjustments recommendation to drive volume and revenue
· Prepare and circulate competitive analysis and recommendations.
· Display proactive attitude towards all assigned brand projects
· Effective cross functional work taking into account input of all relevant constituents
· Development of new products, package, communication and consumer promotion & activation decisions
Requirements:
· Strong Project management skills
· Develop and work against key volume, budget and timing metrics
· Proactive team contributor, energetic type of person, though attentive to details, able to listen to other people
· Effective communication
· Presents and arguments recommendations and plans with the ability to defend strong point of views by arguments
· Value based relationship based on listening (stakeholders, colleagues and peers, agencies)
· Cultural Diversity: Ability to work in multinational environment and interact with many stakeholders
· 3+ years of working experience in marketing
· Higher education (marketing as a plus)
· English - advanced level, esp. written
