A well-known Investment company seeks a Russian qualified mid-level Corporate lawyer to join their legal department:

The successful candidate will be mostly involved in the corporate work including:

maintaining corporate documents, records and data for Group companies;
preparing board resolutions and powers of attorney;
establishing Russian companies, liaising with Russian authorities and notary officers with respect to various corecording minutes of company meetings;
providing legal support to ordinary M&A transactions governed by Russian/English law, drafting agreements.
corporate law issues;
public disclosure of information regarding Group companies under Russian and EU laws;
monitoring legislation and advising on Russian corporate law issues (experience in European corporate law is a plus);
liaising with the Group’s administrators/secretaries and advisors with respect to corporate law issues and M&A deals;

Requirements:

the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of previous experience as an in-house lawyer, hands on corporate practice, or as a corporate associate in local or international law firm,
completed higher education from a reputable legal school;
fluent English, good drafting skills.
